It has been a quieter month since my daughters birthday, I am not complaining as I was exhausted by my 3d Poppy the troll cake! I loved seeing her face when we sang happy birthday though.
I was delighted to get the opportunity to make a Thomas the tank engine cake, a character I had yet to create. I enjoyed making everything and I had to time to really get in some detail! It was a triple layer tall cake!
Also this week another first with a speedometer cake, its been a very boy filled few weeks, but io loving it!!
Last but not least one of only a few christening cakes I have made..

Hi my name is Emma, I'm 35 year old mother of 2 girls.
I trained in textiles at university but over the past 5 years my interest swayed to cake decorating.
I completed several beginner courses before taking an ABC qualification in cake decorating.
